Retain our services
With a retainer, you can split the payment of your recruitment fee, but also gain an even more committed recruitment service with tighter teamwork between you and us.
Our retained service guarantees your future hire has a spotless application experience and joins your business happy and thriving.
Think of it like Klarna, but for recruitment. We still work to same fee’s as with our exclusive contingency model, but you can pay in smaller, helpful increments with the best team working for you every step of the way.

Nonexclusive contingency
This isn’t our favourite way to work, but we will consider contingent projects from time to time.
Typically, contingent recruitment isn’t the best for your business. It can create a race to the bottom and sometimes drive down the quality of the process.
The quality of your process.
Your recruitment partners should know you well. They should celebrate your business, and your brand, and improve both.
But… we appreciate contingency is the most common form of recruitment service, so we offer it as an option.
