Most importantly, we’re looking for an administrator with experience in construction, property services, or financial services, particularly someone familiar with O&M manuals.

- Supporting the senior management team with administrative tasks
- Compiling and managing O&M manuals for construction projects
- Managing databases, filing, and data entry
- Handling enquiries and stakeholder communications
- Liaising with utility companies, managing invoices, post, and bills
- Providing PA support to the CEO
- Coordinating diaries, greeting clients, and ensuring smooth office operations
- Ordering supplies and overseeing office upkeep
- Representing the company at networking events
