About the Company: Our client is a leading training provider with over a decade of experience delivering accredited adult learning, specialising in AEB and bootcamp-funded programmes. Focused on telecoms and IT, they have recently expanded their reach across England through new contracts. Their main delivery hub is based in West Yorkshire, with additional sites nationwide. As they look ahead to 2025, they are developing new bootcamp courses to further address skills gaps. Committed to delivering quality training for adult learners, they are now seeking a skilled professional to head up their growing bootcamp provision – and that’s where you come in. The Role – Bootcamp Manager: As Bootcamp Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting the success of existing bootcamp courses, with a particular focus on telecoms, while also helping to shape the launch of new courses in emerging sectors. This senior position will require you to liaise with combined authorities, manage learner and partner profiles, and work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth running and continued growth of the bootcamp programmes. While there are no line management responsibilities, this role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly impact the expansion and success of the bootcamp initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with combined authorities and key stakeholders to ensure the success of bootcamp courses
  • Manage profiles of learners and partners, overseeing enrolment, progression, and tracking
  • Support the continued success and development of existing bootcamp programmes, with a key focus on telecoms
  • Contribute to the development of new courses for 2025, including those in green/clean energy and security
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery and operational excellence
  • Monitor and report on course performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards for all training programmes
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in a senior role within bootcamp or AEB contract management
  • Strong understanding of bootcamp delivery and the skills training landscape
  • Experience working with combined authorities, local governments, or other key partners
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills
  • Based in or near West Yorkshire for office-based/hybrid work in LS1
Why is this a great opportunity? This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to manage and develop key training programmes with a leading provider. You’ll have the autonomy to drive the success of existing bootcamp courses and be at the forefront of launching new initiatives in rapidly growing sectors. If you’re passionate about education and skills development and want to make a significant impact, we’d love to hear from you!
